I was one of lucky few to get this book before it hit shelves and when Eric had me scheduling my "interruptions" (checking emails, missed calls, Facebook etc.) in one of the assignments he has you do in the book, I felt this feeling of relief come over me. For a person who has three jobs and two of them are working from my Blackberry so I'm always checking my phone for emails and missed calls but now that I've read Eric's book and have done the assignments I have my set times in the day to do all that.Another key thing I really liked was the daily ritual planning he has you do for yourself (down time and days off) and your business (money making). It made me realize what I need to work on more that's going to make me money and the things that make me less or no money that I can pay less attention to without stressing over it.
This book has not only made me less stressed since juggling tasks and jobs stopped after I read this, but it's also made my girlfriend a lot more happy since I have more time to spend with her, lol.
